Liturgy, Structure, Songs and Music
The fourth episode of the series
focuses on form in liturgy and music.
Part one focuses on liturgy in worship and helps the viewer understand
the significance of time, place, structure and symbols in Christian worship
from early times to the present.
Part two of the episode describes the evolution of church music, from
chant and plainsong to hymns and modern praise music. Viewers will meet Jason Houser, a singer/songwriter and
country music producer who sets verses of scripture to contemporary, kid-friendly
music as part of Seeds Family Worship.
