Director of The Robert E. Webber Institute for Worship Studies in Jacksonville, Florida. Dr. Hart has earned degrees in Sacred Music from Oral Roberts University, the University of Tulsa and The Robert E. Webber Institute for Worship Studies. He has served as the Director of Music and Arts Ministries at Grace Episcopal Church and New Grace Church in Orange Park, Florida for fifteen years.
