Dr. Brian McLaren

One of America’s “25 Most Influential Evangelicals” as named by Time Magazine in a 2007 cover story.  Dr. Brian McLaren is a writer, speaker, musician and activist, and an influential voice of the Emergent Church.  Dr. McLaren graduated from the University of Maryland and received his Doctorate in Divinity from Carey Theological Seminary in Vancouver.  In addition to several books including A Generous Orthodoxy, The Secret Message of Jesus, and Finding Our Way Again, Dr. McLaren has appeared on mainstream media outlets including Larry King Live, Nightline, PBS, CNN and leading Christian publications including Christianity Today and Christian Century.
